Papa ‘Pepper Dem’ Daniel…

Image
One of the updates that really gladdened my heart as 2024 gradually comes to an end was the result filtered in from Uyo last Saturday that the Super Eagles were pummelling the black Galaxies 3-0 before the half hour mark. When i eventually got to watch the game, i observed that Super Eagles were very fluid on the field, the midfield was well oiled and one player that really caught my attentiin was Papa Mustapha Daniel, who was simply splendid with his deft touches and spraying passes to the delight of Nigerian fans. Papa ‘peppered’ the Ghanaians and it was very obvious that he was one of the sublime Eagles on parade. Flash back to five years ago in Sao Paulo, Brazil this same Papa was among the Golden Eaglets players dropped from the team on the eve of 2019 Brazil FIFA U17 World Cup and that little set back did not deter him from continue to work hard and improving his game. I will not be shocked if the Niger Tornadoes midfielder gets a call – up to the Super Eagles very so...
