There are strong indications that all the NPFL Clubs participating in the 2022 AITEO Cup Competition which has entered its quarter final stage has resolved to pull out of the competition.

Exclusivenews.com.ng scooped in Abuja on Monday that the leadership of the Clubs met visually at the weekend, and decided to pull out of the competition which would have given the winners the opportunity to represent the country in the Confederation cup.

Our source who was part of the resolution said “we are not against Kwara United in any way. The point is that the leadership of NFF knew from the onset that they had submitted the name of Kwara United as the second slot for the Confederation cup, they went ahead to allow clubs to continue to to take part in competition that is a dead rubber game.
