More Wins FA Holds 1472 FC to 2-2 Draw in TATA Multi Sport Preseason Tournament Opener.

The 2024 TATA Multi Sport Preseason Tournament kicked off in thrilling fashion as Moree Wins Foundation Football Academy drew 2-2 with Nigeria National League side, 1472 FC, in Group A's opening match at Lagos' historic Mobolaji Johnson Arena.

1472 FC struck first, capitalizing on a goalkeeper error to take the lead (1-0) within the first ten minutes. However, Moree Wins FA equalized through Favour Chinedu Okere's skillful finish (1-1) after 25 minutes.

Conceding a penalty, Moree Wins FA trailed 2-1 at halftime. Despite creating chances, they couldn't find the winner until Ebuka Igwe's calm header (2-2) in the dying minutes.

- Moree Wins AC 2-2 1472 FC
- Sporting Lagos 1-3 First Bank
